It’s a story without an upbeat completion. An Oregon man has conceded taking his little girl’s Young lady Scout Treat cash to pay for a sexual massage.
Brian Couture, 40, conceded on Monday to starting a bogus report. He was put on post trial supervision, fined $100 and requested to perform 80 hours of network administration. He’ll additionally need to reimburse what he stole, the Washington Region Lead prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
Back in Spring, Couture, of Woods Grove, called 911 to report that somebody had entered his home through a sliding glass entryway and battled with him before escaping, as per neighborhood station KOIN.
Police found the home scoured and spotted with blood. Couture told officers the attacker stole $740 of his little girl’s Young lady Scout Treat cash from a jar, according to the Tacoma News Tribune.
Later, examiners “spotted irregularities” in Couture’s story and the treat trick disintegrated, the DA’s announcement said.
“Couture told police that he stole the cash from his little girl to pay for a sensual back rub and faked the theft when he understood he couldn’t clarify the missing assets,” the DA’s announcement said. The blood found in the house was “more likely than not” Couture’s, the examiner added.
The Young ladies Scouts said the gathering was working with investigators to recoup the money.
