Brian Couture, 40, confessed on Monday to starting a bogus report. He was put on post trial supervision, fined $100 and requested to perform 80 hours of network administration. He’ll additionally need to reimburse what he stole, the Washington Province Lead prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
