This post is dull and loaded with “Round of Royal positions” spoilers.
Another botch is coming.
The eighth and last period of “Round of Honored positions” was a mess like “Where’s Waldo” for disregarded subtleties that look bad in the realm of the show.
There was the scandalous espresso mug, an incompletely shrouded water container, and now some clever fans are calling attention to one detail in the leadup to Daenerys Targaryen’s (Emilia Clarke) appalling passing that removed a few watchers from the dream of the series.
In a scene that reflects a dream Dany had in the Place of the Undying in Season 2, she strolls through the powder of the Red Keep toward the Iron Position of royalty. In her vision, she went after the position of royalty and at last pulls away before contacting it.
Yet, in this scene from Sunday’s last scene, she really gets a handle on it.
It’s a triumphant minute for the character who buckled down, and eventually so mercilessly, to accomplish it.
But that moment likewise uncovers something odd — Dany’s expertly documented nail treatment. Considering sweetheart simply devastated a whole city riding on that back of a winged serpent, one would figure there’d be at any rate one chip on her French tips.
It could be contended that Dany found an excessively fit individual from the Pristine who had related knowledge in a nail salon and chose to participate in some self-care at some point between naming Dark Worm (Jacob Anderson) Ace of War and condemning Tyrion Lannister (Dwindle Dinklage) to death. However, it appears to be very improbable — much more so than having the nails of a hand model in the wake of submitting mass genocide.
