PARIS, May 20 (Reuters) – The Eiffel Tower was emptied and encompassing boulevards secured on Monday after a man was spotted scaling the upper statures of the landmark in the core of the French capital, Paris Police and the pinnacle’s administrator said.
Specialist firemen were on the scene, the police representative said.
“The man entered the pinnacle ordinarily and began to climb once he was on the second floor,” a representative for the pinnacle’s administrator told Reuters.
